At least one, and maybe two Bounders were built, and without question, one of the most exotic looking airplanes ever. One example can be seen at the Monino Air Museum in Russia.

Fantastic footage of not one, but MULTIPLE TU-104s at Russia’s annual air show at Tushino! The DeHavilland Comet ushered in jet travel in 1952, the TU-104 began the first SUSTAINED jetliner service in 1956.
