LADE 707 TC-91 cruising over pampas
Two stage II hushed JT3D turbofans hanging off a 707 wing up at 32,000ft over the famous sea of grass, not such a common sight in 2006! Riding a little turbulence en route from El Palomar to Comodoro Rivadavia as LADE 784, aircraft retired just 3 weeks later.

This tv news clip shows a Global International Boeing 707 gear up landing which is quite spectacular. I do not know the date or airport but I suspect this footage dates from the early 1980s.

Qantas restored Boeing 707 VH-EBA comes home to the birthplace of Qantas at Longreach, on 10th June 2007. This was the first 707 delivered to Qantas in 1959, and was restored in the UK and flown from Southend, UK back to Australia in late 2006.
