On February 27, 2022, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba sadly announced that the world’s largest aircraft the Antonov AN-225 Mriya “Dream” had been destroyed as a result of Russian-Ukraine combat at Hostomel Airport on the outskirts of Kyiv. This video memorial to this amazing aircraft was filmed by Henry Tenby of JetFlix TV when the AN-225 put on a once-in-a-lifetime air display at the ILA Berlin airshow in April of 2018.
