Sunday August 11, 2024: Just 2 hours ago Hawaii Mars C-FLYL made its last ever flight and landing at Pat Bay Victoria. Henry Tenby of JetFlix is one of the few people to have flown on the Martin Mars Hawaii Mars air tanker flying boat, and he filmed the entire experience using two TV broadcast quality cameras. This video shows and explains how this amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity came to be when the aircraft came to Vancouver Coal harbour in January of 2008.
